Taking the Cold out of Calling

Do you hate picking up the phone? Would you rather boil your own head than make a sales call to someone you don’t know?
The good news is that there is a professional; common-sense way of sales calling that relies upon you being a good-listener and, most importantly, upon you being yourself. In her own inimitable style, and without a PowerPoint presentation in sight, Margaret MacKenzie will give you an insight into how to take the fear out of calling, and actually to start to enjoy it.

Margaret MacKenzie is Sales and Marketing Director at The Swan Company, which offers Sales and Telesales Services, Consultancy and Training.

Our guest speaker, Gail Reynolds truly inspired us with her secrets of her building block model, ‘Create a System – Take Action – Create a Vision’ . The attendance and feedback demonstrated the group can regain its momentum and we are now delighted to share with you the next few events. We have a schedule for the year, and this will be updated every month so you can pop the dates in your diary!

If you would like to attend, please contact me so we can discuss membership, or guest fees.
